Life's a beach: Pippa Middleton glides out of the Goring Hotel in London where she attended a beach party held in their garden
Pippa Middleton was catapulted into the limelight after wearing 'that dress' at the royal wedding and last night she returned to where it all began.
The Duchess of Cambridge's sister accompanied her mother Carole and father Michael on a return visit to the Goring Hotel for a special beach party.
Her royal hotness, 27, looked great in a patterned dress by French label Maje which she cinched in with a beige belt.
Keeping things casual, Pippa accessorised with a bright purple cardigan and a pair of the same leg-lengthening nude L.K. Bennett court shoes worn by sister Kate to last week's Derby.

Oddly, her shoes were an almost exact match of those worn by her mother.
Carole Middleton's dress was also a similar cut to her daughter's, featuring a coloured hexagonal design matched with a silk belt tied around her waist.
Father Michael kept it simple in a black suit with a red tie.
The threesome, and some friends, visited private members' club Harry's Bar before returning to the hotel where they spent the night before the royal wedding.
They went back to The Goring to attend a beach party, held in the hotel's grounds where the owners have built a new beach bar.
Owner Jeremy Goring brought in Basil Charles, owner of Basil's Bar on the Caribbean island Mustique, to oversee the exciting project.

It is being built by Blue Forest, who specialise in über-luxury, sustainable tree houses and eco-lodges.
And the interior of the bar, while inspired by Basil’s, has been given some quirky touches of its own by The Goring’s interior designer, Russell Sage.
They have shipped in tons of sand, three fishing boats and a palm-thatched roof - as well as cocktails created by Basil.
Pin-up Pippa: Kate Middleton's sister smiles as she makes her way home
Pippa and her parents would have been able to choose from concoctions such as the Mustique Mule, the Hurricane David and Basil’s Rum Punch.
Earlier in the week, Pippa showed she had lost none of her athletic prowess by taking part in a triathlon.
Despite soaring temperatures, Kate’s younger sister earned a well-deserved medal after completing a 5km race in the GE Blenheim Triathlon, which takes place every year at Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire.

Dressed for the beach: Christopher Biggins wears a Hawaiian shirt and shorts to the event
Pippa was joined by two male friends and opted to do the running part of the competition while the boys completed tough swimming and cycling sections.
Dressed in a pink and grey vest, matching shorts, a £270 pair of Bulgari sunglasses and with an ankle tag to time her, Pippa breezed through her race, completing it in a time of 25 minutes and 30 seconds.
‘People were excited to see her,’ said Alex Coulson, an organiser of the event which attracted 6,000 spectators.
‘The boys completed their courses in good time and joined Pippa to run across the finishing line together.’
Pippa is well-known as a keen sportswoman. At Marlborough and Edinburgh University, she played hockey and tennis and, like her sister, works out daily.

Royal mother of the bride: Carole Middleton arrives at Westminster Abbey looking stunning in a blue Catherine Walker dress
Kate Middleton's mother Carole decided on a sky blue Catherine Walker outfit for her daughter's wedding to Prince William today, after apparently refusing to wear her specially-designed Lindka Cierach outfit at the last minute.
Carole looked stunning in the blue silk 'Sydney' day dress as she left London's Goring Hotel for Westminster Abbey at 10.20 this morning and arrived at the Abbey with her son James, 23.
She teamed the dress, which featured short pleated sleeves and pleated pockets, with a blue wool crepe coatdress with matching satin piping and braid trimming at the waist and cuff.
Carole accessorised the outfit with a hat by Berkshire-based Jane Corbett.
It was reported that Mrs Middleton ditched a specially-designed outfit by Lindka Cierach, as well as a £400 hat by milliner Jess Collett just weeks before the wedding.
After four months attending many secret fittings, Kate’s mother is said to have left Ms Cierach stunned by refusing to wear it at the 11th hour.
Elegant: The outfit suited Carole's slim figure, and the sky blue colour complemented her brunette hair
Dignified: Carole exits the car at the Abbey with her son James
Mrs Middleton accused Ms Cierach, the London-based couturier best known for making the Duchess of York’s wedding dress, of being ‘unaccommodating’ and dramatically withdrew her business just weeks before the wedding.
A fashion source said Ms Cierach was ‘completely bemused after all the hard work she had put into creating the outfit’.
The couturier was commissioned soon after the announcement of the Royal engagement and asked to produce an elegant couture creation that would ensure Mrs Middleton would stand out from the crowd.

Meanwhile, Kate's sister Pippa wore an ivory V-neck long dress and looked elegant as she walked into the Abbey holding the hands of the young flowergirls.
With her hair pinned back, she looked stunning as she walked down the red carpet inside the Abbey.
All eyes were on Kate, however, as she arrived at the Abbey with her father Michael wearing a pretty lace ivory dress complete with veil and tiara.

With her hair down, Kate epitomised vintage style in the dress, which had a long train, and carried a Lily of the Valley bouquet.
Ensuring her sister's train didn't get too dirty, Pippa held Kate up the stairs into the Abbey for the ceremony itself.
