Not really any jokes here. Phelps was paid to to hang out at the opening of some new pool in Vegas. Which must have been a nice start to the day. Im sure the night ended with him just ordering Toy Story 3 and room service. And bongs, cant forget about the bongs. Phelps ended up a lot cooler than I gave him credit for pre 14 medals or whatever he ended up winning
